Wind Barrier is a technique used by Jin Kariya's Doll, Messer.
Description[]
Through the wind powers of Messer, Kariya can create spherical barriers out of swirling wind to encircle his body or individual limbs, providing strong defense from enemy attacks and allowing Kariya to fight sword-wielding opponents with only his bare hands sheathed by wind; the atmospheric pressure passively manipulated by Kariya often causes these clashes to generate electricity at the point of impact between Kariya and his opponents.[1] Though potent, the barriers are not invincible; with enough strikes in different areas at once, such as with Byakuya Kuchiki's Bankai, Senbonzakura Kageyoshi, or with enough force behind a given blow, the barriers can be pushed through to injure Kariya beneath.[2]
