Edits to Yamamoto's Page

Then prove it otherwise you didn't see one with the right translation. No one makes an untranslated insult it would defeat the purpose. So whats the translation if it's wrong.Salubri 14:59, 3 July 2009 (UTC)

Im not talking about the manga translation. Im talking about at least one instance of the anime. Which is also what the technique is referenced in. but considering how i can only find instance of it ill concede the point.Salubri 15:58, 3 July 2009 (UTC)

Shun Shun Rikka

I've checked around for sources after SlashQueen made the edit again. Many of them that have come from the Character Book do say that Shun'o is a male, so I changed it back. However, if you still have doubts (I admit that I do), ask WhiteStrike about it and see if he has access to the original Japanese character books. I might do it at some point, but to be honest, I don't feel too strongly about it. Still, if it turns out to be wrong, then we can always re-correct it. Arrancar109 23:30, September 9, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - acknowledged that Shun'o is male and stop others from changing his gender to female.

Re: Forum

So Yyp, where's this forum?--Ethelion 11:38, September 11, 2009 (UTC)

Don't worry about it. Thanks man.--Ethelion 22:04, September 11, 2009 (UTC)

Re:Episode Pages

Aw, thank you so much! It really makes me feel like the time spent was worth it. ^_^ I'm going to do the rest now; I could only do so many at a time last night before it became 3 a.m. and I was crazily opted to sleep instead. Twocents 13:32, September 26, 2009 (UTC)

If you want to be so particular and exact, then the article should read "height," not "size." The two words carry a completely different meaning. Whereas "height" is how tall someone or something is,[1] "size" takes into account width, breadth, etc.[2] If what you gave as proof is accurate, your article still is not.--Jrutled3 13:56, September 27, 2009 (UTC)

Hey man. I normally don't do this, but this must be said. Thanks a lot for your contributions and clean-up on the [[Ichigo's Relationships]] page, as, stated numerous times, needed heavy maintenance and clean-up. I realize that going through that page was very stressful and apologize for not assisting you in cleaning it up. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks once again. Arrancar109 16:50, October 8, 2009 (UTC)

"Cut in Two?"

Hey Yyp, where did you get the information that Hiyori has been "cut in two" by Gin? Is the latest chapter (Chapter 377) out already? If it is, could you direct me to it? Thanks.--Ethelion 22:33, October 8, 2009 (UTC)

Whoa, that answers a whole lot of questions. Thanks for the link and the info.:)--Ethelion 22:46, October 8, 2009 (UTC)
Resolved - provided link to current chapter online.

Yesterday i posted Ichigo seems to be attractive & is quite popular with the girls. U removed this, which i figured would happen & i don't really need an explanation as to why u did. Still, I feel it should be mentioned somewhere on Ichigos page that he is popular with the girls, I mean even Renji points this out. Minato88 15:59, October 15, 2009 (UTC)

Okay thanks. I will read Ichigos synopsis, though if Tinni says its in there then it probably is. Still, could u please tell me who the admins are for this Wikia cause I have no idea. Minato88 16:51, October 15, 2009 (UTC)

Thank u for telling me. Its kinda funny, i've known about those three since I got here. Though I didn't know they were the Admins, none of them list this on their talkpage. Minato88 01:36, October 17, 2009 (UTC)

Hey, just wanted to say good job on the Ichigo section and on his relationship page. Tinni 15:06, October 18, 2009 (UTC)

Toshiro/Zan ability

Thanks for clearing that up. I didn't know that about Toshiros fight with gin. So should this be changed. I do have one question though. What is a Zan ability? Minato88 19:55, October 18, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - explained what I meant by Zan.

Szayel Censorship

Thanks for the suggestion of creating a censorship part for Szayel, I have done this; though I think it needs a good pic like Hallibels page. Minato88 20:43, October 18, 2009 (UTC)

Ichigo and Ulquiorra

With that said User:MasterDeva keeps changing Hollow Ichigos page eventhough I pointed out Ichigo is CLEARLY not holding his sword. Is there an Admin online right now whom could help with this minor problem. Minato88 20:43, October 18, 2009 (UTC)

And I have clearly said that Hollowfied Ichigo is holding his sword right before and after he attacked Ulquiorra. Just reread the chapter and you'll notice it too. MasterDeva 20:53, October 18, 2009 (UTC)

Thanks for the remark Yyp I'll do that. I just used the summary area to write a comment regarding the change that's all, I have no intention of starting an edit war. Thanks again. MasterDeva 21:29, October 18, 2009 (UTC)

It's alright you just stated your opinion, there is nothing wrong with that so don't worry, it's fine. I hope that by morning we'll have solved this little dispute, take care. MasterDeva 21:59, October 18, 2009 (UTC)

It doesn't look like a wing to me, check it out here and tell me what you think, it seems it goes around the SFX and not behind! MasterDeva 19:59, October 19, 2009 (UTC)

From what i can see Ichigo does have his sword in hand and Ulquirra does loose a arm to him those are facts, whether or not it was cut off or ripped off can't be known as its not shown all you see is the arm coming off and in the part of the scene you dont see the sword, which maybe obscured behind his back. In any case it would seem to fit that it was ripped off as there is nothing to prove that it was cut off with the sword. Stating that he was holding the sword is not the same as stating that he actually used it to cut the arm off which cant be clear. What we do know is that from what is shown it appears that it may have been ripped off by sheer strength alone (logically for the purpose of showing the strength of the new transformation).Salubri 00:03, October 19, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - moved discussion to relevant Talk Page where it was later resolved.

No problems. Thanks for all the work cleaning-up the trivia sections. Tinni 11:15, October 19, 2009 (UTC)

Well after going it over with the other admin we have decided to offer you a position as an Administrator on this wiki. If you want to accept then just let me know. Also would like to make you aware of the various upgrades and changes as can be seen on the sidebar. Most of the updates are on the community and forum section check it out.I have already made you aware of the changes and im also looking for some feed back on the colors on this wiki as it is comparatively bland in comparison to others. Check out the policy section and all that to can be as up to date as possible on the site if you haven't already. Oh yea if your feeling up to it feel free to jump on the community portal and start the updates on the bleach wiki Thanks.Salubri 17:10, October 25, 2009 (UTC)

Since you accepted the offer of administratorship that Salubri gave, I went ahead and changed your user rights to such. Arrancar109 19:55, October 25, 2009 (UTC)
Resolved - replied that I accepted Admin-ship, and, well, became an Admin.

Salubri suggested having the references look like: Bleach anime; Chapter 13, page 6-7 or Bleach anime; Episode 16. Since that's a slight variation on what you and I were doing anyway, I'm okay with that being our official style. Since you, me, Arrancar109 and Salubri were discussing it, I thought if we could all agree on it, we could go ahead and add that format to the manual of style and adjust references to match that. Twocents 01:07, October 26, 2009 (UTC)

Since we're all generally in agreement, I added several reference examples to the Manual of Style. I tried to find as many different references as I could to provide examples for and made them all consistent to the anime/manga reference format we came up with. Twocents 14:24, October 26, 2009 (UTC)

Sounds good. I'll work with you on that; do you want to start at the beginning of the All Pages list, I'll start at the end, and (eventually) we'll meet in the middle? Twocents 14:46, October 26, 2009 (UTC)

Since we're both working on updating the references to the new style, I thought maybe you could help with something else. I don't know if you've noticed, but some of the character pages contain the really pointless quote of "Release Phrase, Zanpakuto's Name!" or "Bankai, Zanpakuto's Name!" I mentioned this to Salubri, and he agreed that since quotes are to show the character's personality, and that doesn't, that we should delete it. So I was wondering if, while you did the reference updates, if you'd check to see if those quotes are in there and if so, if you'd delete them? I figured that'd be easier to do them both at once rather than going back through all the pages again. Twocents 17:36, October 27, 2009 (UTC)

I'm kind of puzzled on how best to reference a Bleach omake chapter (Toshiro's page, for example, has one). Bleach manga; Colorful Bleach omake 12 ?? I figured I'd get your opinion, and then one of us can add an example of it to the manual of style. Twocents 01:14, October 28, 2009 (UTC)

Okay. I'm fine with doing the first one. Have you already added it to the manual of style or do you want me to? (I apologize in the delay in replying. I have three hours of classes and I work two jobs on Wednesdays.) Twocents 01:33, October 29, 2009 (UTC)

Sleeping's always a good excuse. That sounds fine - thanks for adding it to the manual of style and for adding the title thing to the spoiler policy. I had to remove one of those spoilers yesterday. Sigh, you'd think people would know that would be a spoiler. Twocents 16:18, October 29, 2009 (UTC)

Oh, that's nifty. I think it highlights the most important issues lately. And hopefully, people will pay attention to the shift + space thing. It's so annoying to delete those glitches! Twocents 17:55, October 29, 2009 (UTC)

Main Page

Salubri and I have been talking about changes to the skin/main page. We thought we’d get your and Arrancar109's opinion on it as well.

To summarize:

  • Above the Featured Article of the Month, we thought there should be a box for the current events of the wiki. It could be archived and referred to on the community portal.
  • We thought we could add Featured Quote of the Month and Featured Picture of the Month as well. At the beginning of each month, we could start a fresh page (like Bleach Wiki:Featured Quote), and users could submit their favorite quotes/pictures, providing a specific page and character reference for the former. Other people could second a particular quote/picture and the one with the most votes wins.
  • We were also thinking of creating a specific color scheme, incorporating the site theme, character infoboxes, navigation boxes and the informative boxes on the front page, since they’re all in so many different colors (grey, purple, burgundy, blue, etc.) and it’d be hard to make a cohesive site theme without making those consistent as well.
Specifically, we think all of the navigations should use the same colors. It might be a bit boring, but then they’d all match and look nice. And we wouldn’t have glaring color schemes, like on Template:Dark Ones.
Then, we could make the character infoboxes and boxes on the front page using complementary colors to whatever colors are chosen for the navigations.
Once all of that is decided, then, we could make the site theme to complement the navigation and infoboxes. We figured this order would be best, since the site theme affects all users online, and we probably don’t want to be switching it up a bunch and driving people bonkers. :P

Thoughts? Twocents 17:28, October 26, 2009 (UTC)

  • Current Events: That was Salubri's idea, so I'm not entirely sure myself. I don't want to speak for him, lest I misinterpret it, but I think it'd be things like what are the big discussions on the forum, new pages, etc.
  • Featured Quotes: That's why all quotes would have to be referenced. We could maybe even agree on a preferred scanlation that people use. I think there wouldn't necessarily be a set size, but more like enough to tell what was going on, without quoting the everything that was said. We could say that maybe, it has to be one quote, said without interruption, by one person. From either the manga or anime.
  • Featured Image: From what I understand, this would take place of the current image, which I'm personally fine with. I know it'd definitely be open to manga/anime pictures, and I'm not sure about artbooks/databooks. I don't have a lot of experience with them myself (I can't find English translations for most of them!), so I'd say I'm indifferent on whether we allow those or not. I think we'd also have to keep in mind that we'd need some sort of policy in place so people don't upload tons and tons of photos, especially ones that are essentially the same, but like a few seconds later in the anime.
  • Color scheme: Yay, agreement! Um, I think the thing to decide then, what color palatte we want to use. Looking at the Bleach logo, I'd say maybe blues and/or reds with whites for trim. But I'm open to different options, so long as they aren't colors where it's like, "Have the animators ever even used that particular shade of fuschia?" Twocents 18:10, October 26, 2009 (UTC)

So we agree:

  • Featured Quote: From manga, anime or movies. We will decide on a specific translator (I'm lazy, so I usually go by myself, but if you know of a better/more accurate translator, I'm fine with that). Should we allow any new episodes as well as any new English dub episodes to be available to select from?
  • Featured Photo: Sounds like we think it'd be easiest if we just limited it to manga and anime, and we need to set up a policy on uploading new images for featured pic voting purposes. No fanart, including fan colorings of manga pages. Indifferent toward whether the random picture is left or is removed.
  • Color: Use the logo colors. All navigation, infoboxes and site themes should be in a complementary scheme.

If I understand correctly, then I can summarize our decisions for Salubri. :) Twocents 19:43, October 26, 2009 (UTC)

Ok I did a basic design for the main page im liking it I only have issue with the sidebar being too high i have to figure that out but its not too big of a deal. Also the content and current story sections are very small but that can be fixed as well I just have yet to do it until i see what the reaction is to the page over all. The other thing is we might have to put up a background wallpaper like thing but it might not be necessary as well as we might need a banner at the top but still not certain on that. But over all tell me what you think.Salubri 22:33, October 26, 2009 (UTC)

I didn't know if you saw the edit that Belon21 made to the Zanpakuto page. Ignoring the grammar and spelling errors and the glitch, what do you think of the additional content? I'm a little hesitant about using a filler arc for information on that page, but I didn't want to remove it without another opinion. Twocents 00:32, October 27, 2009 (UTC)

That was kind of what I was thinking too. Thanks for the opinion, Yyp, and for cleaning it up a bit. :) Twocents 16:01, October 27, 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, I saw it. I'm making some edits to the spoiler policy just so the sentences actually make sense. I think whoever wrote it originally must have done it in a hurry, since there are a lot of misspellings and sentences that don't make any sense whatsoever. I think I've also seen Arrancar109 tell people that adding information from new episodes before a fansub is out is a spoiler, which I think is best since people do look forward to new episodes too, but I'm not really sure what specifically to add or where it would be added on the policy. What do you think? Twocents 16:14, October 27, 2009 (UTC)

Nah, I think it's fine. It clearly explains what we expect, so I don't think there will be any confusion over it. Certainly took the wiki long enough to get the anime portion of the spoiler policy formally added, though! Haha, thanks, Yyp. Twocents 16:44, October 27, 2009 (UTC)

I haven't checked to see how it would look on the spoiler page, but I don't think it'd hurt to add an additional warning like that there, for anyone who accidentally stumbles across the page. (I did that once, actually, when I was looking for the spoiler policy before it got added to the sidebar.) Twocents 16:58, October 27, 2009 (UTC)

Oh, no! That would be unpleasant. I know some people like reading spoilers in advance, but not me. So yeah, I definitely think it could help, even if it's sort of ridiculous like putting the entire page into that spoiler thing. Twocents 17:24, October 27, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - cleaned up the edit, but left it essentially intact for the time being.

While I have your attention, I've been noticing that some people are adding a lot of redirects that I can't imagine ever being used. (I.e. misspelled words, a random word that could relate to more than one thing or nothing at all, using every possible version of a title that may or may not ever be used/seen in a translation.) What's your opinion on this? I kind of wonder if those people are doing it for the sake of increasing edit count or what. But I don't think most of the recent redirects are intuitive, because they contain terms or weird variations on phrases that I've, at least, never seen used before on this wiki or elsewhere. Do you think there maybe needs to be a redirect policy? I'm fine with things like redirecting Chapter 128 to the official title of the chapter or whatever, but it's annoying to wade through pointless, and likely never-to-be-used, redirects to try to find pages/edits that need our attention. Twocents 16:50, October 27, 2009 (UTC)

I think there may be a couple other people who do it occasionally, but I'm not sure they do it with the same regularity. Like User:Lol pie. You can see some of the redirects she(?) made yesterday, and I was staring at them trying to figure out how "Great Fall," for example, related to Barragan's Zanpakuto. While I finally figured it out (Spanish meaning for Gran Caída), I can't imagine anyone else would think to search for that phrase in order to look up Barragan. I think some redirects are useful, but I'm not sure every possible variation of every chapter title, for example, is useful. If I was going to search for a chapter, I'd put "Chapter 13" or whatever. I wouldn't look up the chapter's kanji and search that way. I think the other problem is some of the redirects, like "Suspicion" or "Breathe" could relate to a variety of chapters or characters or other scenarios and it's not useful to redirect such a general word or term to something so specific. I'll bring it up with Salubri and Arrancar109 though, and see what their thoughts are. Twocents 17:24, October 27, 2009 (UTC)

Salubri and Arrancar109 told me to make a policy about the redirects, so that way, when we talk to users, we can refer them to the policy, and it'll be more official. (Rather than, "That admin's making it up.") I didn't know what to put for the "failure to follow" part, but I figured there should be some sort of consequences, or people won't care that the policy exists. Let me know what you think! (Replacing my obnoxious scroll box with a link: Bleach Wiki:Redirect Policy :D) Twocents 19:32, October 27, 2009 (UTC)

No problem. Tuesday's a busy day for me too. I was thinking the same thing - nothing too harsh. I was leaning toward maybe they'd get spoken to about it (I posted something on both of the users' pages we mentioned) and that they should be warned that if they do it, they risk having their redirects being deleted (I went through and deleted a bunch today). But I felt the same way - leave the specifics to the people with the most experience! Thanks for the input, Yyp. ^_^ Twocents 00:52, October 28, 2009 (UTC)

RE:Reference style

Well thats a first i havent really seen it but it doesn't seem that italic is the common way so it would probably make more sense to change them to standard and take off the italic.Salubri 17:18, October 27, 2009 (UTC)

Im sorry i misunderstood your question but your right the Bleach in italic is the correct form and the standard any reference that isn't should be changed to that.Salubri 04:18, October 28, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - the word Bleach should be in italics in references.

Taking whole sections out of a article like that one guy was doing to the vizard page, there is no excuse for that and its blatant vandalism to do so, people like that should be blocked for 3 months to a year which is up to you which but im not gonna go about being lenient and giving a warning.Salubri 18:27, October 27, 2009 (UTC)

Gotei 13 Division Speciality

I think I just found the guys source. *sigh* Tinni 11:27, October 29, 2009 (UTC)

Repeated here *sigh* I can't for the life of me determine if any of it is actually based on anything official. Seems like fandom dreaming to me. Tinni 11:30, October 29, 2009 (UTC)

I googled "Gotei 13 division special duties", we were number one. Wikipedia was number two. The two sites I linked were number 3 and 4. I agree with you, fanon has no place in the wiki. Tinni 11:44, October 29, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - fanfic-based info removed.

So, I've been pondering the issue with the all stars portion of the volume pages. If we don't add {{clear}} to the end of it, then it runs into the infobox. (On my computer, anyway, they literally overlap.) If we do add clear, then there's an obnoxious amount of white space between the header and the all star box (in my opinion).

So I've thought up a few different alternatives to eliminate the problem:

  1. Shrink the image and text size so the all star box and infobox can sit side-by-side. Problem is that it makes the images ugly and hard to see.
  2. Put the all star box at the bottom of the page. Problem is that would seem out of place and might get over looked.
  3. Break the all star box up into three characters stacked over three characters. We could make the template so it only does three characters at a time, versus six characters, which would help for the volumes that only have three all stars - then we don't have to waste space by putting in boxes for non-existent information. Problem with it, though, is that the manga pages technically have all six in a line, I believe.

That's all I could think of for variables. What are your thoughts? Twocents 17:55, October 29, 2009 (UTC)

Yeah. Personally, I thought the way the volumes pages looked before was fine, and I don't know why it was decided to combine all the volume and chapter pages. But since I've spent so much time updating everything to the new look, I'm not about to undo my work either. :P (Kinda like I imagine you wouldn't want to overhaul all the episode pages you work so hard on!)

I agree with you that three is probably the best option. It lets both the all star and infobox sit side-by-side and it'll eliminate the problem of wasting space. I forgot that some of the volumes only have four characters. So for the template, then, should we modify it so it only creates one character's box? That way, it'll be more flexible than larger templates are. And we could make two templates: one for where the character is on top and name on bottom and vice versa. Twocents 22:06, October 29, 2009 (UTC)

Great! I'll go ahead and do that then. ...You know, after I finish some homework and get supper. Twocents 22:37, October 29, 2009 (UTC)

I finally figured out how the table thing works. I put a first try of one on Goodbye Parakeet, Goodnite My Sista. Is that sort of what you had pictured? I can't figure out how to make multiple templates sit side-by-side each other, so I think we can use the template for most of the volumes, and then copy the table coding from the template and modify it for volumes with fewer all stars. Twocents 23:38, October 29, 2009 (UTC)

Totally. I know what I want to make, but I just don't always know what I need to do to make it look like what I need it to. Um, I thought about maybe adding in a line between the top and bottom, but I'm not sure how to do that. I'll see if I can locate a master list of codes. My back-up plan is to make the bottom boxes a slightly different color than the top ones. Like a light grey or something. Because I figured the same thing - while we can figure it out, if a person who's new to the series might be confused. Twocents 00:15, October 30, 2009 (UTC)

Yes, a lot of trial and error. I feel bad for anyone who was reading the article while I've been messing around with the template. I couldn't get a horizontal line, but I was able to get a thick top and bottom border for the bordering boxes. It's kind of ugly, but I think it does the trick. You can tell me what you think in the morning. Sleep well! (You must be in Europe? It's not even 8 p.m. where I'm at in the States.) Twocents 00:43, October 30, 2009 (UTC)

Thanks Yyp! I really think this format is an improvement over the other options. It may not be identical to the layout in the actual volumes, but it still provides the information, which is what's really important. And I think the smaller pics on those two characters will help. Most of the the pictures are similar in size - there might be a couple other characters with larger picture, but I'm not entirely sure - so at least that'll prevent annoyingly obvious disproportionate box sizes. Twocents 01:15, October 31, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - agreed on new look for the All Stars template. Not perfect, but an improvement.

List of Arrancar - Dead or Alive Status

  • I'm so sorry, Yyp. I didn't realize who had reverted it, until after I undid it! If I had seen in time that it was you, I wouldn't haev because I actually respect you! I'm am truely very sorry, but Tinni was making me mad saying that Hallibel is dead, when she isn't. —This unsigned comment is by KiranTheBoi (talkcontribs) 13:40, 2009 October 30. • It's no problem, really! But I am certain that she is NOT dead... will you agree with me?—This unsigned comment is by KiranTheBoi (talkcontribs) 14:33, 2009 October 30. Please sign your posts with ~~~~!
  • I can see where you and Arrancar109 are coming from, but I still don't see how Hallibel can be dead. Sure, she fell out of the sky with serious injuries, but so have many other characters... I guess the only way we can resolve this issue is by asking the main man himself: Tite Kubo.—This unsigned comment is by KiranTheBoi (talkcontribs) 15:22, 2009 October 30. Resolved - talked with user, who (while not agreeing she is dead) will not change Harribel's status.

Deletion request

can you please delete the pictures that i've recently uploaded due to poor quality. thanks. they are 333.jpg and 334.jpg.--Agate genbu 15:18, October 30, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - Pictures deleted.

Doing a awesome job i think you got the right idea on how to set everything up. As for the fan fiction stuff delete them dont even give it a thought im sick and tired of seeing them and they have no place on the wiki at all. Guidelines state that outside a users own page its not to be on here and its gotten out of hand just turning a blind eye to them. The same for those that post new one delete it and explain to the user why it was deleted and let it be at that. There already exists a bleach fan fiction wiki and if they wanna do that there or put there thoughts in a blog thats one thing but forums, talk pages and what have you arent the place on this wiki for it. Salubri 17:32, November 2, 2009 (UTC)

Sorry for the delay in replying. I ended up working a lot more yesterday than I had originally thought I would.

1. Makes sense. Then, if people made similar new threads, we could just delete them and add their comments to the main one.

2. Also makes sense. Should we have like a discussion closed template specific for forums that says, "Discussion for this page has been closed. Please see the continued discussion on this topic at -link-"? That way, people won't keep adding to it.

3. Yeah, I think that's a matter of not being too general in our grouping. But since a lot of the topics are similar, it wouldn't be too terrible if an idea or whatever got lost somewhere, since most are essentially repeats of other ideas.

4. Yeah, I think that'd be a good plan. And we could do it after we did our cleaning up.

5. I guess I'd prefer it if there was some sort of policy on what counts as fanfiction versus mere speculation. My problem is that if we leave it up to individuals to decide, some people might be like, "Well, I can see where they legitimately made that leap from the manga," where others might think it's complete junk. At least a policy would allow for standardization in the process, and then people could be referred to it, rather than being offended by a "rogue" admin or something. :P

I also had an offer on my page for help, which I thought I'd run by you. Personally, while it's very nice, I just think if there were too many people doing it, it'd get a little messy. What do you think?

And have you started on anything? Where would it be most useful for me to begin working at? Twocents 18:44, November 2, 2009 (UTC)

Awesome! That'd be really great, I think. And it keep things clear for people who like to reread forums. I think Salubri would be able to make a good policy. I'm a little more indifferent, because there are some fanon-esque ones where I can sort of see how they made the leap. I think someone who's a little more annoyed by it, then, would be better at creating the policy, and then that will be easy enough for the rest of us to follow.

That makes sense - because there's no need for us to go over each other's stuff. That'd just be inefficient. Are there specific categories of topics you want to take - for example, you take Shinigami-related ones, I'll do Arrancar-related ones and then we'll see what's left over? I think for grouping, we might be able to figure out with some of the more popular characters whether or not they need separate pages for related, but different topics. Like with Yammy and Ichigo, as you mentioned. If nothing else, we can always go back and see if something looks a little too extensive. How far back are we wanting to go in the forum? I'm not sure how many threads there are, but there's no point in combining forums for dead topics.

The thing with help is that non-admins don't have deletion powers, so they'd have to make a list of all the pages they cleared out and have us go over it and delete everything. I'm not sure how practical that would be, especially since I think you and I are both pretty efficient workers. But whatever you'd prefer is fine with me. Twocents 19:45, November 2, 2009 (UTC)

Right, that seems like a good plan. What topics of the forums do you want to take? I really don't care myself. If we do have outside help, though, we have to be sure that they know not to work on same topics as we are.

As far as the template goes, if nothing else, maybe ask Salubri if he can make one? He seems to be able to whip those out so easily! Twocents 20:25, November 2, 2009 (UTC)

Okay. I'll take Arrancar, Vizard and the any relating to the three defected captains, including the Hogyoku ones. And we can see if there are any left over after that. Twocents 20:40, November 2, 2009 (UTC)

I think they look fine. If I was making them, I probably would have just copied his too! Twocents 21:51, November 2, 2009 (UTC)

Okay, I think I'm done with the Arrancar, Vizard and three captains. I didn't make as many new comprehensive forums as I could, but looking at some of the old topics, they'd just be completely irrelevant now (like did Wonderweiss break Harribel out or did she break herself out?). I figured if new topics came up on more Arrancar, Vizard or on Gin or Tosen, we could make a forum for all those topics then. Twocents 00:04, November 3, 2009 (UTC)

Yea ill handle the policy issue. Salubri 04:17, November 3, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - Watercooler clean-up undertaken.

Looked at the ate saga things and realized they are not entirely progressive and informative so I was thinking about making templates for Fights, Battles and Wars (where applicable). Then giving those areas their own pages in detail of the events that occurred, similar to a detailed plot line of what took place in the fight or battle respectively. Rather then having it simply listed as the arrancar saga or whatever it should probably have its official title even if it is multiple arcs stemming from the same main storyline, instead of shoving them together all under the one heading. Salubri 17:51, November 2, 2009 (UTC)

Ok first one is done let me know what you think. Ichigo Kurosaki vs. Ikkaku Madarame. Salubri 05:47, November 3, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - left feedback.

Main Page

I was wondering if we were going to go ahead and move forward on the Featured Picture and Featured Quote idea. Since it is a new month, it'd be easy enough to start it this month, and then have the first picture and quote for December. And while I'm at it, is there someone who is specifically in charge of the featured article? Maybe there should be. I'd prefer it if we didn't spend a long time in between the start of the month to when we actually update it, especially since we're already getting people questioning where the new featured article is at on Talk:Main Page.

There was also a request to add the Special:NewPages link back to the front page. I could see how keeping a few high-use links there would be handy. Twocents 00:38, November 3, 2009 (UTC)

Hi can ask why all of the articles on the forums being deleted and placed in separate ones?--SalmanH 17:50, November 3, 2009 (UTC)

Re:Character Profiles

Thanks for the noticing & I have finished up the Espada, Privaron or otherwise, as well as all the Shinigami & Vizards. I'm glad somebody noticed what I have been doing for the past two & a half hours. I stumbled across the layout guide yesterday & I notcied very few pages are actually correct, but I do have one question. Where should the relationship section go? There are many pages with these & they are usually in different order & thus far I have just left them where they are. Minato88 01:00, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

Okay, thank u so much for u'or help & appreciation. I will go back & re organize any relationship sections that are out of order. :) Minato88 01:06, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

Al right, I think I have gotten all the character pages in order, though I could have missed some. For now I will let the other Admins hammer out the issue with the Filler & I am going to bed for tonight. Minato88 02:09, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - thanked user for correctly re-ordering the subsections of the character profiles.

Filler changes

Ok, I'm going to be doing a few things about the filler stuff I was mentioning, just to see if you guys are OK with the general idea. I can think of a reason why it wouldn't be OK, since all I'm trying to do is clarify which characters and scenes are manga canon and which aren't in an attempt to make this wiki more accurate and usable as a trustworthy source for Bleach info, but we'll see I guess, every time I bring it up certain people get really mad like I'm attacking them personally, when all I'm really trying to do is make this site better. Thanks. CorpusDei 00:44, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

Alright, I did a few more before I got that last message from you. Namely, all of the anime only characters that begin with the letter "A".

  • Aida
  • Aldegor
  • Shūsuke Amagai
  • Ashisogi Jizō (spirit)

Also, I filled out the page for "filler" (it already existed but was blank for some reason), that explains the term further, here: I'm having trouble linking the "anime only" and "movie only" sections with a text only link using the "internal link that shows different text" method suggested in the wiki help page. I think it has something to do with the fact that they are category pages, not regular pages. If that could be fixed so that the entire link doesn't have to be visible, that would be great. Also, a "category:Videogame only characters" page should be created, if only to keep our information consistent. I would be willing to make that page if no one else is interested.

Where on the forums should I post to say what I've done and explain why? I've brought this up in the past in certain characters talk pages, and some people were really hostile about it, but I think it's in the best interests of this wiki to make an obvious distinction between what is manga canon and what is filler. Thanks for your help. CorpusDei 01:10, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

I'm willing to wait and see what the other admins have to say. Like I just posted in the thread about it, I'm not trying to change the text or body of information on any of the articles, all I want to do is add the blurb at the top to make it clear that the information being presented is based on filler. I don't want this to turn into a situation where it becomes anime fans vs. manga fans, all I want to do is clarify what characters are based on manga canon, and which are anime, movie or videogame only filler. I will wait for more admins to chime in before adding the blrub to any more articles. Also, I'm willing to to do more edits or changes to whatever needs to be done on here, I have nothing but time on my hands if there are other things on the wiki that need to be done. Just let me know. CorpusDei 01:57, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

Also, the links in the filler page are still bad, they don't link to the articles. That's the problem I was having, it tries to link to a page that doesn't exist, for some reason it adds the bar to the link, so instead of going to, it goes to <----with the bar at the end. I just changed the anime only one to the redirect page (, that seems to work, it seems that the only way to do the text only link from within the site is to use the double bracket "title of article" close double bracket, which wont work for the category pages since they aren't titled like regular articles. We'll need to make redirects to the movie and videogame pages for the other links to work like the anime one currently does, unless you have a better or less convoluted way to do it. CorpusDei 02:10, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

Alright, I'm going to add the characters to those lists, although I think having the exact same list twice is going to be frowned upon by wikia if they ever get wind of it. CorpusDei 03:09, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

Just like I thought, Salubri and TwoCents apparently decided that I am wrong, and Tinni went and undid all of my page edits. Not really surprising, since as I said they were all really hostile about it when I brought it up before, but still, pretty disappointing. I would like to thank you, though, for at least taking it into consideration and not just blowing up about it when I first brought it up. CorpusDei 06:36, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

Hey! Stop making it sound as if I acted independently! I saw that Arrancar109 was undoing the changes so I helped him out with it. Plus the vote appears to be 3 admins against, I don't actually know if Yyp was voting for or just abstaining but basically the issue was carried in favour of, we have enough signs already and we don't need something that did in fact add an unnecessary line above the first line of the article that already said "anime only". Tinni 07:48, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

For the record, I don't feel it is necessary as we already have it mentioned several times on all of the filler characters pages that they're anime- or whatever-only. The blurb does not look good there. Also, on the pages that already have a small blurb at the start of them (the Zanpakuto spirit pages) having two blurbs looks really bad, imo. So while I'm in favour of having anime-only characters clearly labelled as such, I think that blurb is not the way to go. --Yyp 13:02, November 4, 2009 (UTC)
Unresolved??? - left message detailing exactly what we do on the wiki to distinguish "fillers" from cannon. User has not returned to wiki yet.

Re: Filler

I think he (she?) has mentioned it before and after seeing that, I still feel the way I do then. If someone can't figure out from the fact that it already mentions it twice that the character is anime-only, then they have issues we can't help them with. I think the warning is ugly, unnecessary, and any intelligent person should be offended that they need to be "warned" that a character isn't part of the manga, especially when they already have two clear mentions that the character is anime-only, not to mention the general inference of it throughout the articles. Twocents 02:42, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

That's what I said! It's an unnecessary waste of time and space! Tinni 02:50, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

In short: I hate it. Gah, just even knowing that it's on as many articles as it is annoys me; I'm an intelligent individual and I don't need an article to treat me like I'm an incompetent idiot incapable of reading multiple notices saying the same thing. And reading over the forum more carefully, I don't see anyone else going, "Yeah, this is a necessary addition to the wiki! We need to add it now!" Twocents 02:52, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

I looked at it, and I'm with Twocents on it. I don't like the idea of these characters being labeled with that. The intro of being "anime-only" or "game-only" in their intro paragraph is enough. I did look into the forum, Salubri seemed to respond in a similar, more elaborate manner. I don't wish to get involved in the thread now because it seems to have turned into a heavy war now, and I'm seriously thinking about closing it. Arrancar109 07:34, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

I'd like to know how adding my blurb to the character pages of filler characters is any different that the already added "Note: Events occurring in this arc are only in the anime and do not constitute canon material." message that appears under almost every instance of events of the Bount, Amagai, and Zanpakuto arc events in the canon character pages. I applaud whoever made the decision to add that addendum to the canon character pages, that's exactly what needs to be done to maintain canon continuity for the information on this site. CorpusDei 07:40, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

I meant this for him, not you. You can respond to this if you want, but I already gave my 2 cents on the matter (no pun intended), and I seriously don't see why it should be done this way. I've seen Twocents and Salubri's reasons and I agree with them. I'm ending this right here, because I don't want to get involved in this debate any further. This is also why I only told Yyp and did not respond to the thread he linked to me. Arrancar109 07:47, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

I read your response there, and I think it's more than sufficient. I think that the only person who could complain is someone who never read the article, but merely glanced over at it, and even then, they'd be hard pressed to miss something that said "anime-only" somewhere. And if they're complaining over something they never read, they don't really have a leg to stand on anyway. Twocents 19:11, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

Yo. Sorry about the drama that popped up on your page. I was trying to minimalize it, but it seems to have gotten out of hand anyway. Arrancar109 13:50, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

Character Infobox

Would you take a look at User:Captain Donarudo's edit to Izuru Kira's page? I looked at other character pages, and none of them have the kido listed there, but at the same time, I could see how someone might want to know what sort of kido spells the person can use. Thus, I didn't want to remove his edit without a second opinion. Twocents 19:11, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

That was my general inclination too, since if people care that much, they can look up the specific kido pages and see who all is known to be able to do it. But like I said, I could see someone thinking it was a valuable addition, and I didn't want to undo it without a second opinion. Thanks Yyp! Twocents 19:32, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - decided that the infobox would become too bloated and it should be included under powers & abilities section, if at all.

Hey. I think my forum post on the Watercooler was deleted because I can't find it anywhere. Was it deleted? (Havefun221)

Book of SOULs

Hey, I notice that you mentioned that you had gotten hold of more translated pages from the Bleach Book of Souls. Maybe I have the link? Thanks in advance. Tinni 14:43, November 6, 2009 (UTC)

Thanks! Tinni 15:13, November 6, 2009 (UTC)

Book of souls it lists him as 5'7" i thought that was all fixed i had previously went through the profiles and fixed them a while ago. Salubri 17:10, November 6, 2009 (UTC)

I'm not sure. Salubri goes with Souls, but I've gone with the Bootleg. Also, he's gone with the English version of Souls, so I'm not entirely sure if height conversions are done correctly (the metric system isn't exactly big here in North America). I've got the Bootleg saved on my computer, so I can help too if you want. Arrancar109 22:46, November 6, 2009 (UTC)

You know what? We should probably go with the Bootleg. I know Souls is in the US too, but I found out that the Bootleg came out later, and since there are some differences, this tells me that Kubo went and retconned the original stats. Do you think we should discuss this with Salubri and Twocents? Arrancar109 22:59, November 6, 2009 (UTC)

Alrighty, I got a discussion up: Forum:Bootleg vs. Souls. You can put your input there. Also, I limited the discussion to Administrators only. I don't see a need to involve the normal users and new users. Arrancar109 23:28, November 6, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - discussed in Forum:Bootleg vs. Souls.

Featured Quote/Picture

I can't recall what we said: for the featured quote and picture, as far as the anime goes, since we only accept the ones from this month, are we limiting submissions from the new Japanese episodes? Or can people submit from the new English dubs as well? I noticed there haven't been a lot of contributions (that follow the rules anyway), so I thought it might encourage more if people who followed the English dub strictly could add pictures/quotes from the newly dubbed episodes as well. What do you think? Twocents 02:44, November 7, 2009 (UTC)

I added that to the rules on adding pictures and quotes. Hopefully, it will encourage some more activity. Everything up there currently has been from me, although a few other people added other quotes and pictures, but they didn't follow the rules (such as putting fan art and pictures and quotes from a month or two ago) so they got removed. It makes me wonder if the rules are unclear. Or if people just aren't reading them. Twocents 17:44, November 7, 2009 (UTC)

Okay. I thought so too, but since I wrote them, of course I know what they're supposed to mean. It's good to have confirmation, though, that they're clear.

I think the logo's fine. You can't really do anything about that. It's not like with a mouse where you could just move it and take another screenshot or find a raw rather than a subbed version. Twocents 19:47, November 7, 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, maybe people would pay more attention to that. We can change that header.

I think you picked some good screenies. If nothing else, it may encourage more people to upload some more pics throughout the month. I don't expect people to vote yet (if admins voted on these things, I'd personally wait till the end of the month when all possible options are displayed before voting), but it'd be nice if it could become more like a community mini-project rather than just us admins laying stuff out for people to pick from. Twocents 20:12, November 7, 2009 (UTC)

Thanks for "welcome" from your bot

I saw in RecentChanges that your bot welcome new editors and help create user pages. This is cool! I have own Wikis (Wiki o Kurowie - Wiki about Kurów with article about Kurów in 330 languages and dialects) and I'm an administrator in 2 others projects. I love 3 animes - Dragon Ball, Naruto and Bleach, so I go on Bleach Wikia because is better than Polish Bleach Wikia (Polish BW made stupid children so is very poor). I watched all anime episodes of DB, I'm watching Naruto (I saw all episodes and chapters of manga at the moment) and I'm watching now 135th episode of Bleach (I've started it 2 months ago). I'm a student so I haven't a lot of time but if I'll watch mistake, I change mistake. Pietras1988 DYSKUSJA 11:44, November 7, 2009 (UTC)

Re: Voting Policy

I think it's fine. Perhaps it could be a little more clear on the multiple votes front - will we delete all of their votes, since we can't possibly know which one they actually want to support, or will we give them a certain amount of time to decide on their selection? I'm kind of for the former, since they have the entire month to decide what quote, article or picture they're supporting, and it's unfair to the other users who followed the rules to have to sit around and wait for someone who didn't to make a decision.

As for the event of the tie, I think maybe we should leave that to the admins to do a run-off. Partially for the reason of making a quick decision, and partially because it's likely that the people who were going to vote have already done so at that point.

Otherwise, I think the policy's great. I like the rule about deleting votes that come in after the deadline, since I'm fairly sure some former articles of the month have been chosen a winner over others based on votes that came in after the deadline. And I think having strict rules ensures a level of fairness, and that's important. I think you did a good job, Yyp! Twocents 03:22, November 11, 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, I think that's fine. At least then, we wouldn't have people who followed the rules waiting around and it'd give a clear message to the person who failed to follow. We could copy their votes down to the deleted votes section so they can see what they voted for, and it'd give them an option to select one (or none). *nods* Good thinking! Twocents 20:14, November 11, 2009 (UTC)

It looks good! Good to have it up.

Resolved - voting policy added.

I was thinking, what do you think about having similar "failure to follow rules" that the voting policy has for the redirect policy? It may just be a pet peeve of mine, but continuing to see users making pointless redirects even after I've said something to them about it is annoying me, and I can see them continuing to do so since there aren't any specific rules on what happens if they choose to blatantly ignore the policy. What do you think? Twocents 20:33, November 11, 2009 (UTC)

Okay, I went ahead and added a failure to follow section. I get that it's relatively minor compared to the other behaviors one could do, but it's just a point of annoyance for me (kind of like how bad profile pics annoys Arrancar109 quite a bit), since it creates more work for us with us having to make sure the redirect works and then deleting all the pointless ones. Not to mention that they are often created in large batches, so pages that actually need our attention can get hidden. Twocents 20:56, November 11, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - failure to follow section added to redirect policy.

Fake Karakura Town = Recent?

Hey Yyp, might I say that you and Twocents made an excellent idea on adding a featured picture of the month and a featured quote of the month.:) I just have one question concerning both of them: Is the first part of the Fake Karakura Town Arc (before the Espada battles) still considered recent or does its latest part (battle against Yammy) only count as 'up-to-date'? I hope you can get back to me asap because I'd like to add-in some of my contributions for the two but I'd also like to comply with the rules of this wiki. Thanks in advance.:)--Ethelion 11:22, November 11, 2009 (UTC)

I see. Thanks for the info.:)--Ethelion 11:44, November 11, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - replied that FKT battles (before the Espada fights) are not considered recent and that the feature pic & quote where limited to this month only.

No problem.

Sorry about that, but some editors here really frustrate me when it comes to the official spellings of character names. Its just like when Harribel's name was officially released. People still denied it, when it was spelled out in clear english X________X Thunderwitch 18:52, November 11, 2009 (UTC)

Yyp sama - Fake Quotes

if someone adds a fake qoutes on the characters pages, do you want me to remove it, just let me know and happy november week :) --Eliskuya2 20:18, November 11, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - asked user to keep an eye out for problems, but to alert Admin if such a thing occurs.

Featured Image

Arrancar109 had been wondering what our stance is on having multiple panel images for the featured image (such as File:Unohana & Ichigo - Garganta.jpg). I had personally been thinking it'd be single panels only, just because at a certain point, it goes from being a featured image to a replication of the manga. But I thought I'd see what you thought before making a stance one way or another. Twocents 20:11, November 12, 2009 (UTC)

I added that rule to the Featured Picture page. Especially since I also think that having a full page like that changes from it being about the cool scene and to more about what's being said, which would fit better into Featured Quote.

I also had this other question: once November is over and we post the Featured Picture, what should we do with all the ones that didn't make it? Many of them aren't linked to any other page or article, so should we just delete the losing photos then? Twocents 23:34, November 12, 2009 (UTC)

That's generally my inclination too. I'll look through the ones that are added now, and if there are any that would be worthwhile to add to an article, I'll go ahead and do so. That way, we won't have to worry about, "Is this useful?" later. Twocents 02:50, November 13, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - agreed that pictures should be single panels where possible.

Just to bring it to your attention apparently there is a user that has an issue with me because he wants to do things his own way and disregard rules and policy. He would dispute everything on the site if it would be in his favor and ive called him on it before and he makes it personal going so far as to deliberately change the sections of his talk page so it seems as if i didn't ever say anything to him. Now he wants to personally call me out by making a jab as if he could not include me in an administrative decision (which he does so on the main page talk page). So im just bringing it to your notice before it gets out of hand cause i will be saying something to him once again. His complaint mainly stems from the fact that i shot down his idea of making the featured article picture any old picture because we had to use any picture we could find for lisa article as she had no cover issue now he thinks its up for debate on any character to have the same when lisa's pic wasn't even recent of her actions. In any case this was also the reason for a featured image page so that this is a none issue. Salubri 09:08, November 13, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - entered discussion on main page.

Infobox Image Size

Why is the infobox image set to a standard size? Instead it should be left unset, and automatically set by the standard size of the infobox, which would it to the same size. Simant 19:14, November 13, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - replied that user should ask an admin that has been here longer than me for full details.

Re: Issue - New Rule

I would agree with us making it a policy that they have to keep warnings from admins on their user pages and/or we have our own warning list. It annoyed me when I warned Eliskuya2 about making a hitlist on his/her userpage and s/he deleted the warnings. (I also find it sort of funny that s/he added a note about it in the edit summary. You can look at his/her talk page history to see it.)

But yeah, they don't have to like us, but I see that the user Salubri was talking about specifically has an entire rant on her talk page insulting him. I'd like to think that we wouldn't tolerate such disrespectful behavior directed toward other users, so I don't think that we should tolerate them insulting us.

Plus, having a list of who's been warned will be useful for knowing when it's time to block. If they remove the warnings constantly, we could continue to warn them, unaware that they've had notices from other admins, and they'd be essentially allowed to get away with their behavior. I know other wikis make it a block-able offense to remove anything from your talk page, so it wouldn't be unreasonable for us to be intolerant of them removing admin warnings. Twocents 01:59, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

I agree a page might work out it would obviously be for are use and we just make sure that when someone is warned or blocked we put who they are when and why and leave it at that. Its sad that other wiki's run so smoothly but bleach is like i dont know how describe some of the people that get on here and take it to a whole new level. But its becomes more and more necessary to have policys and make sure they are followed so that those who are doing what they are supposed to dont have to deal with stupid stuff. Its important that we keep in mind that the integrity of the site and its information is what we are protecting contrary to some people's view on that protection is. Ive also decided not to address the person cause i really dont care at this point ad from reading their issue on the main page talk page its just confusing im not sure what he is complaining about now nor do i feel bothered to deal with it, as i said previously its a non issue. Also check out a proposal i made to Tinni a week or so ago which i forgot to bring up. Its on her talk page under volume of the week club. Salubri 02:36, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

I already told Salubri, but I'm in agreement with both the non-message removal rule and the list. Trust me, a couple of members have removed my warnings, and it's something I don't want to put up with. The list is good to keep track of members who have caused trouble in the past, but are not blocked, in which case, they should be watched, so I don't see why we shouldn't do that. Arrancar109 15:45, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

I agree. When they remove a warning, especially with those who leave a snarky comment in their edit summary when they do so, it demonstrates an unwillingness to comply with the rules of the wiki and a disrespect toward the admins. And while I don't want it to be like, "This is the admins' list of people they hate because they're terrible, terrible people," I think the list would be good for other people to see, because it'd definitely demonstrate that we're not willing to tolerate vandalism, hit lists, swearing, blatant ignoring of policies, etc.

I think we should go back a few months - maybe to whenever we were made admins. (When was that? Beginning of October?) Just because those people should probably still be watched. And I figure that people on the list should be on there for a few months. I don't think it should be a case of holding a minor thing against them for all eternity, but maybe they stay on for three or four months, because if they keep getting more warnings in that time period, then they're clearly not interested in correcting their behavior. Twocents 18:31, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

On a page with protected status, how far does the protection go? Do admins/beaurocrats still have edit rights on these pages? Just thinking it would be wise to do so on this to stop people trying to cover their tracks. TomServo101 18:35, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, it would be administrator-protected for that very reason, as well as to stop people from framing other users. Arrancar109 18:52, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

Okay, so beginning of September sounds good. What should we call the page? Bleach Wiki:Warnings List? Or...? I'm trying to think of a title that wouldn't be like, super offensive, but would still get the point across. Once we have a title, I can go ahead and make it (or you can, I don't really care) and each of the admins can look to see who they've warned since September and add those people (as well as undo any edits that removed our warnings from their talk pages).

And for the format of the page, would we give each user a header that linked to their name and then a numbered list with a brief description of why they were warned, the date on which they were warned and who warned them? Twocents 19:28, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

Do we have any official contact with other wikis? I ask this because people who've made a mess here and been banned I've noticed showing up on others; I'm thinking that we can keep them informed of any fools, and vice-versa. TomServo101 19:48, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - New rule introduced to User Page Policy & User Policy Violations page created.

User Policy Violations

There you go [[User Policy Violations]] see if it fits what you thought. Salubri 19:51, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

I kind of wonder if we should call it Bleach Wiki:Policy Violations instead. I could see people thinking, "But I didn't violate a user policy!" And I think it should be under Bleach Wiki, since it's not an article.

But the having the headers and being alphabetically organized, I think, would make it be of the most use. Twocents 20:11, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

Okay, I think we have a good starting point. I'll go ahead and find all the warnings I've given and add them, and everyone else can do that same. Sound like a plan? Twocents 20:20, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

Oh, and I was thinking, we should probably have an intro paragraph at the top that explains what the page is for, how long users will be kept on it, etc. Since anyone can look at the page, having an explanation like that will let it be a learning tool for all users. What do you think? Twocents 20:23, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

Okay, thanks!

It might be useful for new additions, but with adding these old ones, I don't necessarily remember what exact page they did whatever to that prompted me to warn them. On that note, do you think there should be a column specifying what particular action was taken (i.e. first warning, second warning, block, etc.)? Twocents 20:30, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, that makes sense. *nods* We can just use it when it'll be useful to explain and demonstrate what was wrong in particular. I'm collecting the warnings I've given out (I saw that some people I warned, you warned as well, but I figured it'd be easier if we each did our own warnings) and I'll be able to add them to the page soon enough. Twocents 20:40, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

I think whoever gave the first warning would count as the admin warning them, if the second admin was simply elaborating. If the second admin intervened because the user didn't stop after the first warning, I think that counts as two separate warnings. Does that make sense? Like with User:MissRukia-Chan, you warned her because she continued the intentional misspelling even after I warned her once. Twocents 20:46, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

Oh, I was just thinking. I remembered that I had given User:CorpusDei a warning on a forum for his insults directed to other users. Would we consider warnings on forum pages, edit summaries, etc. worth adding to the Policy Violations page, or are we only going to add warnings where we've gone to their talk page and said something there? Twocents 21:03, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

I think the intro looks good. :) Okay, I know we count the edit summaries as enough warning before blocking someone for, say, violating the spoiler policy, so I thought I'd check. What do you think about warnings given on article talk pages and forum pages? Twocents 21:14, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

'Course, most of the people who violate the spoiler policy are blocked quickly enough for continuing to make edits that we don't really get time to warn them properly, haha. Okay, I figure the same thing - if we have to explicitly tell them to stop something, regardless of whether it's on their user talk page or a forum or article talk, it should count. I think I finished my list. I didn't realize I'd warned so many people in only like 15-20 days. Twocents 21:25, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - added all users who received warnings from me to the policy violations page.

Yyp sama - Policy Violations

what is the point with Policy Violations I did nothing wrong and Twocents keeps comeing up to my page and sill bugs me over and over *sigh* anyway I wish you can land a hand or two to make it stop Eliskuya2 21:31, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - answered question & told user it will be fine so long as s/he obeys the policies.

Admin Discussions

To make the conversations between us easier I think it would best to just use Bleach Wiki talk:Administrators to have discussions that way we dont have to hop between each others pages unless we have something specific to say to that particular person otherwise all the stuff like we have discussed in the past couple of months can be discussed there if its something for all admin to weigh in on. It will be a protected page as well and if you want to talk to a specific person you can just post it on their specific talk page as we have previously done. Also its important to check the page so that you can be abreast of discussions so probably be good idea to watch the page. Salubri 04:16, November 15, 2009 (UTC)

Re: Main Page Talk

As for the Talk:Main Page, at least you're clear with what I'm saying. So if what you're saying is true (you guys writing the text), then I guess I was quite disappointed that when Starrk was finally a featured article winner, his description in the text wasn't updated (when he just released his Resurreccion, not when he was fighting Love and Rose - which was what should have been in the text), unlike Lisa (when she joined Hitsugaya and Hiyori in the battle against Harribel) and Current Featured Article Winner Byakuya (when he teamed up with Kenpachi to take down Yammy). So I guess what I'm saying is that there should have been more consistency when writing something about the featured article winner (i.e. keeping the events he's in up-to-date when he wins). I hope it's not petty for you, because it was a huge impact for me, witnessing the inconsistency last month (when Starrk won). So what are your thoughts on this?--Ethelion 01:50, November 15, 2009 (UTC)

Okay, as long as it will be taken care of the next time a character wins a featured article of the month, hopefully this December. Thanks for hearing me out. As for the "Re: Your User Page" Section in your talk page, I would greatly appreciate it if you could get back to me asap. Thanks again.--Ethelion 07:45, November 16, 2009 (UTC)

Re: Your User Page

I understand. I have now familiarized myself with the User Policy and will comply with it whether I like it or not. I just wanted that person to know how I feel, because he should also be aware of what he's doing. I know what I did was wrong and I apologize wholeheartedly for my actions. But I want you to promise me something, Yyp. You have to tell this person of what I said to him in case he doesn't know yet; He has to know the wrongdoings he committed to me as well. I've been waiting for him to apologize as well, but it seems that he doesn't even care. I have also been deeply hurt of what he did to me ever since I got here; That's what prompted me to write such a blatant description about him. I would greatly appreciate it if you would talk to him, because quite frankly, I don't want to address anymore ill-will against him. I would also greatly appreciate it if you would reply asap. Sincerely,--Ethelion 01:35, November 15, 2009 (UTC)

Hmm, there has to be a compromise here, Yyp; It's not fair for me if this issue is left unsettled. Isn't there an assessment on admins' actions as well (besides us regular editors)? His actions should also be taken into account by you and the other admins; He doesn't deserve to step down on other people either just because he's authority. There has to be something done because there is and will be more injustice done in this wiki if we let something like that happen again, thus contradicting what this wiki community is all about: a fair and balanced system. I know I don't have the power to do this, because what am I? I'm just a regular editor like when you used to be. But I know you, WhiteStrike, and Twocents can do something about it. So what if he's a bureaucrat too? Arrancar109 is also one but is a lot more open-minded and respectful than him; Surely he can do something about it too, can't he? Basically, all I'm asking from you and the rest of the staff is to harness fairness. I really hope you would understand where I'm going.--Ethelion 07:40, November 16, 2009 (UTC)
I've just read some of the policies that I haven't taken into account yet, and this includes the Bleach Wiki:Discussion Policy. Clearly, the admin who I'm at odds with is in blatant violation of this rule (refer to the Oct. Featured Article Section in the Main Page Discussion for proof). Based on my example in the previous statement, it's obvious that he's not conforming to his own beliefs by setting aside my thread. Perhaps this will give you and the rest of the admins all the more reason to assess his actions.--Ethelion 08:18, November 16, 2009 (UTC)
Although I appreciate you getting back to me and giving a fair amount of time considering my case, I'm still deeply hurt that he gets to get away with what he's done (unintentional or otherwise). The least that he could do is swallow up his own pride, admit any mistake he made, and apologize for all the trouble he's caused me. I know that I may be taking this too seriously, and it's because I'm a very sensitive person; Please understand that I'm only human and that being sensitive is one of my character flaws. I've already experienced this with another wiki, so I decided to quietly and unofficially leave the organization to avoid any conflict; Soon, I intend to leave that wiki on my own free will permanently (if that's even possible). I hope I won't get the wrong idea in this wiki as well, as I've already handled my fair share of disappointments in my life. If no action is still going to be addressed here, then I'd like to make it perfectly clear that I don't want anything to do with him anymore (and that includes seeing his name on my talk page; you've probably noticed by now that I removed all his messages in my talk page - just as he did with some of mine - and reverted any mention of his name to Salubri - to avoid me flaring up; the least that you could do in my case is to respect my talk page by minimizing the use of his name); i.e. If I can't exclude him from my discussion threads, then I suggest that you inform him that he don't participate in mine, as I won't in his; If he wishes to say something on my face, I suggest that he state it to you or the to rest of the staff, who will state it to me - in other words, Salubri and I would have an indirect interaction. On my part, I would like to say that I'm deeply and truly sorry with my uncharacteristic behavior as I've caused you and the rest of the admin (namely WhiteStrike, Arrancar109, and Twocents) so much trouble (including my long messages, which must have been strenuous to you). With that being stated, I guess there's nothing else for me to do but to reluctantly comply with whatever the rules are in this wiki, however fair or not, however biased or not. I leave the rest to the four of you on how you would handle this. Sincerely,--Ethelion 02:20, November 17, 2009 (UTC)
Yes, I would want an apology from him as well, but I don't wish to talk to him either, so I hope you could arrange this for me (thank you for understanding); But I know you can't make him do it (and I understand that), so it would probably be best if you could just tell him how I feel - that would probably be enough. I'm glad to see that you're trying your best to sort this out, and I couldn't thank you enough for doing so. I'm also glad that your trying your best to be fair by not merely granting him amnesty, but more importantly, by valuing me as a fellow user, giving your concern to the risk of losing me here in the community. And it's okay that some of your usage of his name in my talk page slipped through; After all, we're only human - we'll just have to try harder to elude it so as to avoid tension.:) Again, you have been a great help to my concern and have been patient enough to take a considerable amount of time handling this, so I thank you for everything that you've been doing for me. I am hoping to work with you again in the upcoming days and will make it an effort to improve my performance more effectively from here on out. Sincerely,--Ethelion 11:16, November 17, 2009 (UTC)
Fair enough. I won't be expecting a result but it would be better for me if there was. Thanks again and I really appreciate everything that you've done for me.--Ethelion 12:28, November 17, 2009 (UTC)
Okay, please do so if ever he decides to say something, and I'll never ask anything from you again regarding this issue. Thanks again.--Ethelion 03:38, November 18, 2009 (UTC)
Resolved - message passed on to Salubri.

Thank u for that link. U were right in thinking that I had no Idea what an archieve was or how to use it. Once my talkpage gets long again I will uses that. If I have any questions I will be sure to ask u. :) Minato88 20:07, November 16, 2009 (UTC)

Thank u for fixing Episode 20's glitches and typos. I knew the glitches were there, but couldn't figure out how to get them off. Strangely usually when glitches show upthey will literally be noticeable on the page, but not this time. Anyway thanks. Minato88 22:10, November 16, 2009 (UTC)

Wow, thank u so much. I had always used the Preview button which doesn't always so if glitches have appeared, but I never knew the show changes one existed. Thanks. Minato88 22:39, November 16, 2009 (UTC)

Well, thanks again(LOL). It ended up like that cause it didn't have a name right? Minato88 15:49, November 17, 2009 (UTC)

Oh. I was thinking that I followed everything to the letter. Anyway once again thank u, I owe u so much. U are a good person and a good friend. U are also a good Admin. Minato88 16:06, November 17, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - Minato's archive fixed.

Episode Summaries

In regards to the section of Powers and techniques used, I now see the correct way to do them and I will adjust to this. My only question is do we really have to include the Kanji. I thought the reason we supplied the links was for people to go and look at the articles which describe in detail as said ability. Minato88 23:23, November 16, 2009 (UTC)

Okay, thanks again for another helpful tip. I'm thinking about adding a discussion section below in the Anime Summary Project page, like whats in the Video Game Characters Project. Well, we'll see what the others think. I don't know him very well(well actually he stopped coming here shortly before I joined), but Whitestrike was probably the one who started by adding the Kanji in the summaries. Edits - Cat Yoruichi's Gender

Hey Yyp I was wondering about something while going through the Episodes that in some of the episodes, Yoruichi Shihōin has been alluded to as "he" or "him" when she had not been revealed to be a female and was still in her feline form. I tried to rephrase some of the sentences so as not to mention her gender but is it alright to leave it the way it is?Abigail16 19:10, November 20, 2009 (UTC)

Well I did rephrase some of them without mentioning her gender is it okay?Abigail16 19:24, November 20, 2009 (UTC)

Format? Template? Spanish?

I want to thank you for fixing some of the formating glitches in a few of my edits, for some reason it looks like(on the "diff" page at least) there are all these little breaks with the the sequence. I'm also sorry for trying to edit the translations, though I really did not intend to change anything drastically, and I tried to work within the template presented to me. It might not be perfect spanish, but I thought it would be best to clarify things like Tijereta also possibly meaning "scissors" or vasto-lorde being pseudo-spanish. Much more importantly, though, for an imposing name like Menos Grande, the translation to "Less Big" is neither correct in spanish nor is it appropriate for something big and scary. AnkhAnanku 01:15, November 23, 2009 (UTC) P.S. Is there anyway to keep it from logging me off every two minutes?

Article of the Month

You're the one who re-opened it, right? Arrancar109 16:01, November 23, 2009 (UTC)

It's not that you're in trouble or anything, but I may or may not have to modify the list of candidate characters, since we usually went with recently featured characters in the manga and anime in the past. I'll go around the Bleach Wiki sections and Admin sections to see what was discussed, but if this topic wasn't discussed, then I want a response from you before I do anything. Arrancar109 16:10, November 23, 2009 (UTC)

I guess I can understand that, given how the Fake Karakura arc seems to be drawing to a close in the manga. I think the given Arrancar characters who would qualify would be at least Starrk, Baraggan, Harribel, Lilynette, Wonderweiss, and Yammy. I know with the exception of the last 2, those choices have been dead for several chapters, but they've been a major plot point in the manga until then. The Shinigami list would probably be more broad though, since the current arc features many Shinigami characters (Ikkaku, Renji, Rangiku, Momo, Ukitake, etc). If you think we should expand the Arrancar character list, then talk it over with Salubri as well. I'm still not to sure on this, but if we did go through with it on the Arrancar, then I'd limit the expansion to just the other Espada. Arrancar109 16:24, November 23, 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, we can get rid of those, since, like you said, they didn't do much. I'd also get rid of Urahara, Tessai, and possibly Komamura. Urahara and Tessai haven't been shown lately in the manga (unless they turn up in the next chapter), and Urahara only appeared in the beginning of current anime arc. Komamura, maybe, but only because he's been knocked out since Episode 230. Arrancar109 16:55, November 23, 2009 (UTC)

No worries. It is your first time, and in the past, it was WhiteStrike, Salubri, or myself that have done the Article of the Month, and the more of us who know how to do it, the better. Name: Lemura or Iemura?

Hey shouldn't Lemura be spelt with a capital L I edited a page but there is no link to Yasochika LemuraAbigail16 18:43, November 23, 2009 (UTC)

Deleting User's Images

What's the big deal? Why did you delete my images? Are you mad at me for blasting Salubri? I don't understand what's going on...--Ethelion 04:12, November 25, 2009 (UTC)

The thing is, I asked permission from WhiteStrike a couple of months ago, and he said I could upload any duplicate images as long as I'm going to use them only in my user page. You should have informed me beforehand that you were going to delete them for me not using my uploaded pics, because it was only intended for my page. Then again, I should have used my images as soon as I uploaded them, as well as have named them in the correct format (if there was any... please inform me of the naming format). From what I see, we're both at fault. I suppose I should apologize for not using them sooner and for giving them inappropriate names (but again, they were supposedly going to be used only in my page).--Ethelion 21:58, November 25, 2009 (UTC)
Alright, at least that cleared things up.--Ethelion 01:02, November 26, 2009 (UTC)
Resolved - explained to user that he had failed to use the images he uploaded and they would be deleted.

Harribel Profile Pic: Does it matter?

Does it really matter whether or not the picture of Hallibel is not facing the reader? it's a great picure of her that shows more than just her face (you have to admit that the old one looks weird, even if it is facing the audience) if u could find a good picture of Hallibel to replace the one we have now, I would greatl appreciate it. —This unsigned comment is by KiranTheBoi (talkcontribs) 19:28, 25 November 2009. Actually, it is in fact, better, as it shows more of her, regardless of whether or not it faces the reader. KiranTheBoi

Thankyou KiranTheBoi

Resolved - directed user to post about it on relevant talk page

Isshin page

Yeah, honestly the page said it was his ressurecion before I started editing, I didn;t add that. I figured it had to be a release tranformation, since as far as we know, that's the only reason an arrancar would transform. But you are right, he hadn't pulled out his Zanpakuto yet, so there really isn't any explanation for it. I'll just leave that as transformation. I mostly was just correcting the terrible grammar in those two sections, I tried not to change any content unless it was blatantly wrong or speculation. CorpusDei 21:24, November 25, 2009 (UTC)

Re: New Policies

I'm short on time, so I may have to go over it again later. Looks good so far, but I'll give you better feedback sometime later. Have a happy Thanksgiving. Arrancar109 17:41, November 26, 2009 (UTC)

Sorry, I meant to get back to you sooner. Everything looks in order from what you proposed a few days ago, but run it by Salubri, as well as Twocents (when she returns, which is November 30), just in case there's something more to add. Arrancar109 17:18, November 29, 2009 (UTC)

Thanks! I had a good break. ^_^ Bummer to be back at school, though.

I think it's a good addition to the policy. Especially since what appears to be 4:15 on this wiki and on another site isn't necessarily the same time, so forcing early adders to site to state where they found the subbed video/scans would stop people from claiming that it really came out on time. What are you thinking should happen if people fail to list where they found the info and we can't find it on one of the well-known sites? Treat it simply as a violation of the spoiler policy? Twocents 02:14, December 1, 2009 (UTC)

Yea i saw the new addition to the spoiler policy which is real good we can go with that for sure. Salubri 22:39, December 8, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - Spoiler policy was updated.

Deleting User's Images Part II

Thanks for the thoughtful reminder this time Yyp, but I'm afraid I won't be able to use them today due to my thesis requirements needed before I graduate from college this coming March 2010. Now should there be a need to delete them, feel free to do so; I'll just re-upload them when I'm completely ready to use them (if that's alright with you). Again, thanks for the reminder. You're doing a better job this time as a staff member. Keep up the good work.--Ethelion 10:40, November 30, 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, you presumed right; My images are in my computer. And thanks for wishing me luck on my thesis.:) --Ethelion 23:44, December 1, 2009 (UTC)

Adminship and Eliskuya2

Hey Yyp. I found the Administrator Talkpage earlier and saw that Gold3263301 has requested to become an Admin. Whether or not he becomes one I just wanted u to know that I have considered him for the Fifth Seat position on the committee(Possible Fourth depending on Tomservo101's answer). So if he is not granted Adminship u can let him know that.

Also, I posted this on Arrancar109's Talkpage(tho it has been slightly tweaked for Grammar reasons).

User:Eliskuya2 is in violation of two of our policies. The Bleach Wiki:User Page Policy and the Bleach Wiki:What Bleach Wiki is Not. I have noticed him ever since I first joined here and it seems as tho he only ever comes here to make edits to his own user page. He also makes nothing but Minor edits at most and sometimes will change his mind. In other words he will change something on his page, but later(usually the next day), he will change it back or to something else. I can only come to the conclusion he is doing this as a way of increasing his edit count. I know it would be against the Bleach Wiki:User Rights Policy, but I recommend his Userpage be labeled for deletion. The deletion of this page is a necessity

Another user, Steveo920 once had his page deleted(tho for a different reason) and at some other Wikia's, a Userpage like his is completely AGAINST the rules and is in direct violation of their Policies. Also, It would be in the best interest of the Admins to not let this go any further. I have noticed some other users making multiple edit to their userpages and setting them up in similar ways. One such example is User:Sajin444. He/she has around 40 edits(give or take) which is nothing, but ALL 40 of them are to her/his Userpage. I have told her/him she/he is in violation of the Userpage Policy, but with such a small amount of edits, I made it clear she/he is/was not in trouble. Still, users like Sajin444 and someothers look at Eliskuya2 and think it is okay, when it really isn't. Could u please pass this along to the other Admins.

I am leaving u this message as Arrancar didn't seem to either notice it or care.

I have since seen that it has been brought up there, but has since fallen out of conversation. For the reasons above I really think that his page should either be deleted or have a serious overhall. Minato 21:30, December 2, 2009 (UTC)

Srry bout the mistake on Steveo920. I didn't know that. I was just using it as an example that the deletion of a Userpage has occured before. Thanks for replying. Minato 22:33, December 2, 2009 (UTC)

Hey, I just saw Eliskuya2's Userpage and I think its perfect. All of the links don't take up all the room and is so much better. Thanks for fixing that. Minato 21:25, December 3, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - updated Minato and started discussion on Eliskuya2's behaviour on admin talk page.

a lil confusion.

I am....uh a bit confusion here but I'll have the side alright up on my page, its not up yet, btw I'll make my page right about now holla :) --"I've spent years waiting for this moment!" Eliskuya2 01:38, December 3, 2009 (UTC)

Featured Quote

We had originally put that quotes were to be taken from onemanga, just because we had put the page up for the featured quote before we decided where the quotes should come from. I'm wondering, then, if we should now change where the quotes should come from, since the fastest scanlators aren't always the most reliable. And since it is the beginning of the month, it'd be easier to do it now than have to change a bunch of quotes later. What do you think? Twocents 21:10, December 3, 2009 (UTC)

I'm willing to wait a few days before having quotes added, so we don't have ridiculous ones that say someone's lost an eye when they haven't (so weird!) but I could see how that could be an issue. Out of sight, out of mind, sort of thing. If Jun-Ni's are some of the best and they update on Monday's, typically, I'm willing to go with that. It's not so far after the release date that people will forget about it. Twocents 21:36, December 3, 2009 (UTC)

Well, best to be ahead of it, in case it gets more popular (and people learn to follow the rules). I'll go ahead and adjust the page, unless you've done so already. Twocents 01:21, December 4, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - agreed to change source used for quotes to Ju-Ni.

See I knew this was gonna be a problem. I can handle Tosen hollowfying but the problem this is causing was expected. Basic point to call him such is a fan thing and we dont do that here. The Vizard are a group/subrace or whatever. They are the only one of their kind and the name is something they give themselves so only they can determine if someone is apart of it, such as ichigo. Although its an informal connection its still one that Tosen will never be apart of. Your right to place hybrid in because he calls himself such and states that ichigo and him have similar powers but thats it he never infers to call himself a vizard nor does anyone outside of that group call them that. So thanks for be productive on the issue. Salubri 21:39, December 3, 2009 (UTC)

Re: Color Scheme

I'm fine with that. I copied the logo into Paint.Net and matched the color exactly. The hex color of the dark blue in the logo is 19277C. And then we can probably do a white for the rest of the text. Is that sort of what you were thinking too? Twocents 19:04, December 4, 2009 (UTC)

I think it looks really sharp. :D It'll be nice to have cohesive navigation boxes, rather than having the colors all over the place. Twocents 01:25, December 5, 2009 (UTC)

Sounds like a plan. I may tinker with the chapter and volumes template later, because I rather hate them. (They're so large and obnoxious.) If I do, I'll adjust the color scheme on them to match the others. Twocents 20:31, December 5, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - standardized colour scheme of navboxes with a view to new colour scheme for the wiki.

Uryu's talkpage & Custom Sig

Hey Yyp, Weede has made quite an impressive discovery on Uryu's talkpage. Could u check this out as I'm not sure what to think.

And just out of curiousity. How do u guys make u'or custom sig a different color? Minato 21:04, December 4, 2009 (UTC)

Hey thanks for the help at Uryus page. that one really threw me. About the Sig. U will see whats going on with me in a second, but I think the Help:Color link is wrong or something as I have tried many many times to add the code and color I want, but its not working. Also the code u used as an example isn't on that page. I don't know. I imagine its getting late for u so if u want to look into it tomorrow thats fine. Minato 22:49, December 4, 2009 (UTC)

The code above is no where near what I started off with, but after countless tries I came with that. The code thats there wasn't completed, but I used it at the time. I have since changed it several more times to exactly what u have written(I mean word-for-word), and am curious what I will end up with. I haven't even tested this new code. Minato 22:49, December 4, 2009 (UTC)

HA HA I GOT IT!! The problem was at the end of the code the two O's r actually Zeros and there were some other problems. If u need me to do any projects around here for u just ask cause u have been a serious help. Thank u so much again. Minato 22:49, December 4, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - gave opinion on Uryu's talk page and explained how to use the custom signatures.

Clear Template & Cmte nomination

Hey Yyp. What r the Template Clear boxes use for? I'm just curious as I have seen them from time to time. Minato 18:10, December 6, 2009 (UTC)

Okay thank u. {{Clear}} is what I was referring to. I had been wondering what that was for for awhile now and curiousity got the better of me. On a subject change I just saw that, In case u guys didn't know, User:Animeluvr92 has nominated himself for a spot. While i'm on the subject, about Gold and Tom. I was thinking, and tho its not my place, but Toms edit count is much lower and I was thinking of switching the two around and give Gold the fourth seat. I've been thinking about that for awhile. Toms edit count is much lower and Gold seems to be on more. Speaking of which how is that coming along. I haven't read the Administrator talk page in awhile. And thanks again. Minato 18:47, December 6, 2009 (UTC)

Okay thanks. I just looked and saw what u guys have said. However, be careful about mentioning edit counts or substantial edits to them as Mohrpheus also has a low edit count(lower then Gold's despite the fact he has been he longer). I have some idea about the fight u guys are talking about and Tinni told Gold to just ignore this Sairoimaru(however u spell it) as he/she isn't much of a people person. Gold hasn't shown any aggressive tendencies before or since and I myself am not innocent of that little clause. I know i'm nosy and not an Admin, but please keep that in mind(tho I know it was Twocents who brought that up not u. Maybe she'll read this). And srry bout the clear box thing. I have fixed it Minato 19:50, December 6, 2009 (UTC)

Cover Pages

Hey, Yyp. I've asked User:Logeys to make his image titles more descriptive and to make the addition of images in line with the manual of style, providing an example of each. I don't know if I've been unclear or have presented it poorly, but he's continued to make non-descriptive image titles (at least, for their purpose - Aizen.jpg could be a profile picture, but I wouldn't think to search for that if I was looking for a cover image) and has continued to add them incorrectly to the page - ignoring the size and italics on the cover title. I'm actually getting a headache from following him around correcting these things. However, if I presented it in an unclear fashion, I can understand how I'd be partially at fault. Would you be willing to look over what I said on his page and let me know if you think it's confusing? Twocents 20:42, December 6, 2009 (UTC)

Okay, thank you! I guess I have to assume, then, that he's simply chosen to ignore me. How annoying. Twocents 01:04, December 7, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - Checked what Twocents had said and agreed it was clear.

Re:Floaters and Projects

First up thanks for fixing the floater. I typed what was there, but the code to make it properly go to that page was not there.

At any rate about the projects. While tedious u r right. The first part is exceptionally easy. I should be able to finish it today, tomorrow at the latest.

About the Omakes. That one is more tedious and difficult. Uh.. Well what I can suggest is giving them a section under the summary. This episode The Resolution to Kill has its own section called Kon-Sama's Ultimate Shinigami illustrated Guide. Many early episodes have these sections too. In fact I remember one that went into more detail. All of this is future things I too want done. But look at these episodes, New Development, the Dangerous Transfer Student Appears! The Profusion of Blooming Crimson Flowers and [[Kibune, going to war!]]. There r so many episodes like this. Well over 50 and every week another gets added.

That is why I have been trying to recruit for the Committee. Just informing u that the Project Page is ready for their test if u guys want. I am not trying to rush things, but I am also not trying to postpone them or put things off either. At any rate thaks for the message and I will begin working on that. Minato 18:28, December 8, 2009 (UTC)

Just one minor question. When adding "Title Screen" it gives a prompt "Title screen". When u typed it on my talk page it was capitalized. However the prompt is not. Sometimes these things can be tricky about capitalization. Does it matter in this case? Minato 20:02, December 8, 2009 (UTC)

Hey, the Amagai arc is done. However, episodes 169 through 189 and possibly further r missing some categories other eps have. The "Images/non free" and "Fair use". Should I add these categories? Minato 23:01, December 8, 2009 (UTC)

Yes, I see what u mean. I could post this on the Committee discussion page and leave messages to Mohrpheus and Tinni to look at it and they could help decide what to do about it. Would that be okay?

About the categories, I won't add those categories just yet, but I will later. Minato 23:28, December 8, 2009 (UTC)

OK I'll do that. It isn't too much work, I just want their opinions and help. Minato 23:32, December 8, 2009 (UTC)

Just giving u an update. I finished the Categories. I also went back and added Images/ no free and fair use to the ones that didn't have it, as having unfinished work that I still have to do is something that just bugs me for some reason. Minato 01:44, December 9, 2009 (UTC)

Deleting Articles

I finished the summary of ep 249 this morning, and you have sinced moved it; we now have an empty page doing nothing, and it will need deleting. Do I have the neccesary tools & permission to do this, or does an Admin have to do it? TomServo101 14:21, December 9, 2009 (UTC)

Image Size

I originally had the image at the standard 190px but I changed it to it's default because for some reason the gif stopped working at 190px. I'm not sure how to fix it right now. The Shadow Dragon 20:22, December 9, 2009 (UTC)

Ok, thank you for the info. I'll try and get it re-sized and re-uploaded later when I have time. The Shadow Dragon 20:59, December 9, 2009 (UTC)

Actually what it seems to be is that all the gif's are experiencing a similar problem lately. Now while i see there is a way to fix this im not familiar with how to edit the video sizes. But something needs to be done so if anyone is familiar how can they please jump on it or at the very least tell me how to. Salubri 21:06, December 9, 2009 (UTC)

Table of contents

Do we need to have a list somewhere in the Manual of Style for Ability sections. To be more specific about when words like "Immense Spiritual Pressure" or "Great Spiritual Pressure" should be used. Also about the eternal conflict "Master Swordsmanship" or "Expert Swordsmanship". I think u get what I am talking about. If there is one can u point it out to me, I don't remember seeing it, but I will look again. Minato 21:05, December 9, 2009 (UTC)

Yeah that was a freak glitch. I don't know why that happened. I edited and said I would fix Steveo's edit. U edited before I got done with mine. This is excatly what I did. I clicked back and Cut only my addition. Went forward pasted and adde the reference for ep 249(I apologize for forgetting ep 248. And I clicked save. I do not know how or understand why or how all of the references got removed. Sorry bout that tho. Minato 21:56, December 9, 2009 (UTC)

Yeah like the Extra space glitch. Earlier when u fixed them on Aizens history section I decided to check the page(as I have been having difficulties with it). They were still there and might still be I haven't checked. That glitch really angers me sometimes. Minato 22:10, December 9, 2009 (UTC)

Just checked again and there was one more. I have been calling them re-appearing glitches and I have been dealing with these things for awhile now on my Summaries pages. I don't know how to prevent them. They appear eachtime someone goes to make an edit. Minato 22:22, December 9, 2009 (UTC)

Just fixed some more on his page. These glitches r different and don't always show up on the show changes. I should have said 3 on my last comment as I fixed three, but the show changes only showed one being fixed. Here is a link to that fix [3]. The other two I fixed were at the top of the histiry section. Before my most recent change they weren't there anymore. So these glitches r also sometimes invisible. Minato 22:50, December 9, 2009 (UTC)

I figured that was the case. On a side note is the new manga out yet. User:LogicFury just put on Aizens page the name of Aizens Bankai or what he thought it is. I rollbacked as I thought one of two things. It was vandalism or a spoiler. Minato 23:03, December 9, 2009 (UTC)

Block him IMMEDIATELY. HE is screwing up the pages. Minato 23:10, December 9, 2009 (UTC)

Image Policy

I put together an image policy. If you could look over it on the Bleach Wiki talk:Administrators page and let me know what you think, that'd be spiffy. I'd love to have it up and official sooner rather than later, you know? Twocents (Talk) 04:05, December 10, 2009 (UTC)

RE: User Page Policy

Oh! I'm sorry; I had no idea that wasn't allowed. I thought that since it was my Talk Page, I was able to do whatever I want with it. Thanks for the reference, though - now I know better for next time. Thanks! --Animeluvr92 18:15, December 10, 2009 (UTC)

Featured Quote?

Whats going on with the Featured Quote page. Two other Quotes that were there have been dropped and my Quote is different and my vote was deleted. Uhh... Whats going on with the Format changes and did u have anything to do with that? Minato 22:21, December 10, 2009 (UTC)

Srry srry srry. I was looking at the Discussion page. Had one of my special moments there. Minato 22:24, December 10, 2009 (UTC)

I changed it, but can I ask u for some minor assistance? I added an infobox to my userpage with a pic. There r some words above and below the pic which I can't get off. Do u kno how to get those off? Minato 22:48, December 10, 2009 (UTC)

Thanks again. I got it now. Check it out. Minato 23:26, December 10, 2009 (UTC)

Vizard is a race.

I found out that Vizard really is a race not Shinji's group. I mean Ichigo mention that "Are they Arrancar or Vizards?" in Bleach movie 2 about the 2 girls. Even in this manga chapter Kensei said Vizard is a race not a groups name. So Kanme Tosen is a Vizard. Cococrash11

Can you help me convince them Vizard is a race not Shinji's group? --Cococrash11 07:33, December 12, 2009 (UTC)Cococrash11

Individual volume navigation template

Hi there. I just want to bring to your attention (as the most active admin I've noticed) the fact that the template of the individual volume pages (Template:Volumes) has in some of it's boxes a black colored font over a black background, which renders them unreadable. Maybe this problem is something you're aware of and maybe not, if you (or someone else) is already on the case - sorry for bothering you. Weedefinition 08:52, December 11, 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, I thought it might be something like that but the thing is I'm getting the same thing in my PC and when I log on from school, so I thought it might be a general problem. Can it be some sort of color scheme problem? I'm gonna try and play with it and see what happens. Weedefinition 12:21, December 11, 2009 (UTC)

It's a miracle! When I logged out and logged in again the damn thing fixed itself. But before it was the same whatever color scheme I chose. I'll never understand computers!! Thanx for all your help, Yyp Weedefinition 12:32, December 11, 2009 (UTC)

Image Size

Hey im not sure that i talked to you about previously but there is a issue with gifs on the site not functioning properly. I found that the issue is about their size we have them listed as 190 but they are mostly in 224. I was thinking that we should probably make and exception for these pics commonly located in the powers and abilities section because they do depict techniques that are only accurately displayed by movement. But only until such time that we can find someone with the tools to resize them 190. Salubri (Talk) 16:45, December 12, 2009 (UTC)

What the problem is, is that we resized them in the first place they are naturally 224 and when we make them 190 they initially worked but now they aren't but notice if you click on them they move fine on their edit page. So what i did was i looked at them in preview mode on the particular page they are on at 224 size and they work fine on the page again. Im currently looking on line for ones already set at 190 but im not sure. Salubri (Talk) 17:06, December 12, 2009 (UTC)

Re: Hollow Ichigo Talk Page post

Oh, um, well. My point was that we could use the screencaps from that video to replace the monochrome manga pictures for now until the corresponding anime episode is released. (I did say, "it might be worthwhile taking notice of it.") Hmm, I do see that I made it sound like a forum thread. :Starshade 12:53, December 13, 2009 (UTC)

Understood. I must have been absent-minded and forgot to write the main point. My bad. Well, I'm just hoping that the animation quality would be good enough by that time (which is why I wrote the last sentence). If the quality is so bad like, say, Ichigo vs Dordonii fight, I can't imagine what should be done. :Starshade 14:02, December 13, 2009 (UTC)

Edits on the Kensei Muguruma page

Hey, as you may have known, me and this other guy changed the thumbnails of Kensei's attacks to frame. Why? Only because without them, the animation doesn't work. You have to click on the thumbnail to be able to see the animation. So, my question is; how will this issue be solved? Thanks. Glacial Blaze 14:37, December 13, 2009 (UTC)

Resolved - explained why the frames are not what is fixing the .gifs problems

Kaien Shiba's picture...Change it now! =P

Hello, recently I was browsing random pages of Characters, so I thought I'll go to one of my favourite Characters; Kaien Shiba. I went to his link..and the picture on there does not to him justice. The eyes just really creep me out. The old picture of him (the one when he is giving a `two finger salute`, for want for a better term) shows him in such a better light. May I request a change?Glacial Blaze 19:30, December 13, 2009 (UTC)

Thanks, good to be here

Hi. Just responding and saying thanks for the welcome. I, like you have been obsessing and my wife would go crazy if I didn't have her love of General Hospital and One Life To Live hanging over her head, lol. Frees me up for my love, Bleach. --BROTHER BAN-KAI 21:33, December 14, 2009 (UTC)

Ohh. Well, Eliskuya removed my comment on his talkpage so it doesn't really matter. I didn't see that. All I saw was; In Yellow:Reference, In Green:No Reference. U kno, that reference is supposed to go in his personality section. It references the part "It is seen that, before the Winter War, he is busy reading in the library with a note on the door saying, "Enter and Die." Uhm, this is embarrassing on my part, but when I first joined here I tried to add that to his section, but didn't kno about the reference code which u type in wikitext behind the words. Believe it or not, this is the first wiki I have ever been apart of. I didn't think anything of that Reference cause I didn't think it got saved. LOL. Mystery solved. :) Minato(Talk) 18:07, December 15, 2009 (UTC)

Ahh... thanks, tho I only mark pages for deletion if they need deletion. Minato(Talk) 18:27, December 15, 2009 (UTC)
