Bakudō # 1. Sai (塞, Restrain) is a Kidō spell.
Description
Sai is used primarily to disable an opponent. The practitioner points using his/her index and middle fingers at the intended target(s) causing the targets arms to lock behind their back.[1] The spell is usable on a single target or a significantly large group of people.[2]
