The Pikaro (ピカロ) are a collective of childlike Arrancar that split off from a single Hollow. Sharing the same powers, they were once considered an Espada before being demoted to Privaron Espada.[1]
Appearance
The Picaro consist of 200 different child like Arrancar, that aside from tattered cloaks differ greatly in appearance from each other. Notably, the one that acts as the leader is depicted with headphone like mask fragments and a typical bored expression.[1]

Powers & Abilities
Great Spiritual Power: As a former Espada member, the Pikaro are collectively very powerful, enough to be considered a threat to Números such as Pesche Guatiche and Dondochakka Birstanne.[1]
Cero: Each member of the Pikaro is able to fire a powerful Cero, strong enough that the Pikaro believed it could vaporize Arrancar such as Pesche and Dondochakka. The true danger of their Cero lies in the fact that all of the Pikaro members can fire Cero simultaniously, during which they have enough power to blow a large crater in the desert of Hueco Mundo.[1]
Pesquisa: The Arrancar ability to sense spiritual energy. The Pikaro mostly use this technique to find new victims to "play" with.[1]
