Nidanme: Zanki no Shitone (二段目 慚愧の褥, Second Act: The Pillow of Shame; Viz "Act Two: The Pillow of Shame") is a technique of Shunsui Kyōraku's Bankai, Katen Kyōkotsu: Karamatsu Shinjū.
Description[]
Shunsui poetically narrates the Second Act of the story realized by his Bankai, the roles of which Shunsui and his opponent are forced to play. Continuing on from the First Act, Shunsui's opponent is suddenly stricken by a disease of sorts, which physically manifests as black spots all over their body, causing them to continuously and profusely bleed from their orifices.[1]

"Lamenting that he has caused his partner such wounds, the man collapses upon the floor in shame and is consumed by an incurable ailment."[1]
相手に疵を負わせた事を悔いた男は 慙愧の念から床に伏し 癒えぬ病に罹ってしまう
Aite ni kizu o owaseta koto o kuita otoko wa, zanki no nen kara toko ni fushi, ienu yamai ni kakatte shimau.
