Hello and welcome to the Bleach Wiki. There are very few policies which apply across all of Wikia; the ones that do can be found at their Policy Category.
In addition to these policies, there have been policies and guidelines that have been developed on the Bleach Wiki to further our goal of creating an informative Bleach database. Our policies apply to all editors.
We at the Bleach Wiki strive to create a welcoming and fun environment for those who are civil and assume good faith in others, seek consensus in discussions, and work towards the goal of creating an increasingly comprehensive database about everything in the Bleach Universe.
Policies need to be approached with common sense; adhere to the spirit rather than the lettering of the rules, and be prepared to break the rules on the rare occasion when they conflict with the goal of improving the wiki.
Do not vandalize current articles. Continued vandalism will result in a block.
No offensive articles with sexual/vulgar language or racist remarks.
Do not make pointless articles. If you see one, put the Request for Deletion tag on.
Please respect neutrality. Do not edit a closed discussion.
Ways to stay neutral
Do not only provide one point of view, but all relevant viewpoints as necessary.
Support your article with actual facts.
Use a reliable source.
Bleach Wiki's chat is a place for all users to come and discuss Bleach. That said, certain rules must be followed while in chat in order to ensure a good time for all.
Spam & Vandalism: No using chat for advertising, posting the same thing over and over and/or vandalizing with defaming remarks and the like.
No Caps:Users should not be writing in all capital letters, otherwise called shouting. The occasional use for emphasis is alright but excessive use is not alright.
No Trolling, flaming or Provoking Others: Users should not be trolling or purposefully annoying other users in the chat.
Contribution Requirement: Any user entering chat will be required to either have 10 mainspace contributions or express an interest in editing the wiki, and follow through with 10 productive edits within 72 hours (3 days) of first entering chat. Also users must be editing regularly (at least ten per month) to continue to stay in chat.
No Roleplaying: an extension of our fan fiction rules. Users should not be using chat to roleplay. If they want to roleplay, they can go to the Bleach Fan Fiction Wiki chat.
Language: keep harsh language to a minimum. No swearing, no self censoring, just keep it clean.
Be Nice & Calm: Not every user wants to participate in every single discussion. If somebody does not wish to engage with the discussion, be respectful and do not annoy them.
